Y Shadey is a UK-based Afro-Gospel artist originating from Croydon, South London. He gained recognition through #FridayFreestyles on social media. The 19-year-old artist released two albums, *God Reigns* (2024) and *116 Summer Twenty-Five* (2025). He graduated with a Master's Degree in 2023 and incorporates his Christian faith into his music.
