1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Nigerian Gospel Music Chart (NGMC) website and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform.

2. CHART DATA AND RANKINGS

NGMC aggregates publicly available streaming and engagement data from selected third-party platforms. Rankings are generated using NGMC's internal methodology and are intended solely for informational and editorial purposes. Chart positions reflect relative performance based on the data available at the time of calculation. NGMC does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or permanence of any ranking, data point, or chart position.

3. MUSIC SUBMISSIONS

By submitting music or related metadata to NGMC, you confirm that you are the legal rights holder or are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder. You grant NGMC a non-exclusive permission to process submitted data, display artist names, artwork, and metadata, and include the work within NGMC chart systems. Submission does not guarantee chart inclusion, ranking, or continued chart presence.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original content on the NGMC website, including text, branding, logos, layout, and software, is owned by NGMC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Artist names, images, and album artwork remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for identification and editorial purposes only.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NGMC shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, reliance on, or inability to use the service. This includes but is not limited to disputes relating to chart positions, data discrepancies, methodology interpretation, or third-party platform inaccuracies.

6. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

NGMC may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
