Creative, deeply plugged into Nigerian gospel, and great at turning music conversations into content people actually stop to watch? Keep reading.

You'll work directly with our founder, turning the weekly charts, new releases and artist moments into social content that travels: carousels, short videos, Stories and posts that get people talking.

The one non-negotiable
You have to know the music.
This role only works if you live and breathe Nigerian gospel, home and diaspora. The artists, the sounds, the movements, the internet moments, from Lagos to London, Abuja to Atlanta. If you can name who's buzzing this week and why, we should talk.

What you’ll do

  • Turn our weekly charts, new releases and artist activity into content worth sharing
  • Write captions and plan carousels that spark real conversation
  • Create and edit clean, on-brand visuals in Canva (templates provided)
  • Track what's moving in Nigerian gospel, home and diaspora, and pitch the stories we should cover
  • Build a weekly content calendar and prep drafts for review
  • Watch what performs and bring sharper ideas each week

Your week, roughly

  • About 3 feed posts from our Canva brand templates
  • 2 short video concepts or edits, swapped for standard feed posts on weeks without a fresh video idea
  • Supporting Stories through the week
  • A simple weekly content plan

That's the agreed baseline, with no surprise workloads. If a big story breaks or you're gassed about an idea, we'll talk about adding it. Extra is never just expected of you.

A plain new-release or music-video announcement doesn't count toward those feed posts on its own, since we already run a weekly new-music roundup (it can still go in Stories). Develop it into something richer, a carousel, a reaction, a recommendation, an artist feature or a comparison, and it counts.

You’ll fit right in if you

  • Can turn a chart result or a new drop into a scroll-stopping post
  • Know your way around Canva and short-form video
  • Have taste, ideas and real opinions about gospel content
  • Communicate clearly and hit your own deadlines
